Fans express concern as Harsha Bhogle’s scary Instagram live goes viral

Cricket is no less than a religion in India. The professionals engaged with the sports enjoy enormous following and love throughout the country. From the players to the commentators, everyone involved with the sport is famous among the fans and followers.
One such name is Harsha Bhogle, whose commentating skills have earned him the nickname ‘voice of cricket.’ Harsha Bhogle always comes up with factual comments impressing the listeners. His pleasant demeanor and conduct rarely upsets his followers. But 24th March was one of the rare occasions when fans got upset and concerned about the commentator.
Harsha was on a live session on Instagram with a page named ‘CricketsportwalkIN’. During the live something unfortunate happened and Bhogle lost control of his phone midway. The commentator was heard shouting and yelling. The host was startled at the suddenness of the incident and tried to calm the audience calling it a ‘minor inconvenience.’
Bhogle’s clarification
The video went viral very soon and fans started surfing the internet to know what might have happened. Bhogle was touched by the concern his fans showed and soon took to Twitter to clarify the same. He said that it was done deliberately by him for a promo and apologized for scaring his fans.
Bhogle’s Tweet read – “I am fine. Sorry to have got a lot of you worried. Thank you for the love and concern. It became more viral than I anticipated. That too is a learning. It was meant to lead to something else. Sorry. And cheers.”
“You learn something new every day. It seemed a lighthearted thing to do but, in its execution, it became something that I didn’t think it would. I am actually a bit embarrassed now,”- Bhogle added further in another Tweet.
