The Indian T20 League 2022 has finally arrived at its last encounter. The winner of the two-month saga will be decided on the 29th of May, Sunday at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gujarat and Rajasthan will be facing off against each other in the summit clash.

Gujarat: Arguably Gujarat has been the most complete team in the Indian T20 League 2022. They are coming into this clash with full confidence and proper rest after their win against Rajasthan in Qualifier 1. Hardik Pandya and co. will look to make the debut season of the franchise memorable with the title to their name.

The team will once again hope for him to repeat his batting antics last time in the tournament.
David Miller: The Indian T20 League 2022 has been the redemption tournament for David Miller. He has turned the clock back with some powerful finishes throughout the tournament. He will be a key cog in Gujarat’s batting in the final.
Rashid Khan: Rashid Khan has evolved as a true all-rounder this season. Though he has not picked up too many wickets, he has been very economical and has bowled some key spells for the team. Besides, he has been a revelation with the bat in hand, Rashid helped his team pull off some unbelievable heists with the bat. The team will hope he delivers in the final.
Rajasthan: The Men in Pink are in the finals of the tournament for the second time after they won the inaugural season of the tournament. Having a 100 percent win ratio in the finals of the Indian T20 League, Rajasthan will like to keep the record intact and walk away with a trophy after 14 long years. That would also be a fitting homage to the first ‘Royal’ of their family, Shane Warne.

Jos Buttler: The Indian T20 League 2022 has been a dream season for Jos Buttler with the bat. He has scored 824 runs from 15 matches with four centuries in the tournament. He has been the most vital part of Rajasthan’s batting in the tournament.
Yuzvendra Chahal: Rajasthan’s prime wicket-taker has been Yuzvendra Chahal. He has picked up 26 wickets in the tournament in 16 matches. The team will once again hope that he picks up wickets for them in the middle overs helping them gain an advantage over the opposition.
Shimron Hetmyer: While Buttler has been the one providing Rajasthan with solid starts, it has been Hetmyer who has given them strong finishes during batting. However, in the last few matches, he has lost a bit of his prime touch. The final would be a great stage to regain his form and deliver for his team.
Pitch Report: The Qualifier 2 was played on the same pitch at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. It looked like a wicket with a sort of tennis ball bounce in it. This might trouble a batter in the early stages, but if a batter gets settled in there are a lot of runs to be scored.
Previous Encounter: Gujarat and Rajasthan faced off in Qualifier 1 of the tournament. Rajasthan batted first in the match and scored 188 runs in their 20 overs. Gujarat chased down those runs with seven wickets in hand and three balls remaining in the match.
