Kylian Mbappe to play for Paris Saint-Germain for the next three years – Reports
Star footballer Kylian Mbappe has reportedly been retained by his current team, Paris Saint Germain for the next three years. Earlier reports suggested that Mbappe was moving to Real Madrid. The Frenchman has been part of the PSG team since 2017 and is the third-highest goal-scorer in the history of the club. Notably, Mbappe’s contract with the club is expiring at the end of the ongoing season.
Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano, an Italian Journalist took to Twitter and claims that the 2018 World Cup winner has been re-signed by the club. He says that Mbappe is not joining Real Madrid this summer and the final decision has been made. On the other hand, the player has announced that he will make a final announcement on his next move this weekend.
“ Kylian Mbappé will STAY at Paris Saint-Germain. He’s definitely not joining Real Madrid this summer, the final decision has been made and communicated to Florentino Perez. #Mbappé,” Romano tweeted.

“I can’t say about my future but you’ll know very soon… it’s almost decided. This isn’t the right moment but yes, yes… my decision is almost done,” Mbappe was quoted saying by latestly.com
It is also reported that a fresh three-year deal will be signed by Mbappe with the Ligue 1 club. With this contract, he will became the highest-paid player in the world as he would get a contract of 4 million Euros per month. The amount is the two-time more than his previous salary. Also, it is to be noted that he will get a signing of a whooping 100 million Euros which includes huge bonuses for goals, Ballon d’Or Trophy as well as the Champions Trophy winning amount.
This is a big blow for the fans of Madrid as their club has lost out on the signing of second player. Earlier, the club wanted to sign Erling Haaland, but he agreed to join Manchester City. Now they have lost Mbappe. For the unversed, PSG has already won the title but they need to win their final against Metz on May 21.
