Mohammad Amir makes a huge claim on the best batter of Pakistan
Pakistan bamboozled West Indies in a three-match ODI series at home by registering a 3-0 clean sweep. Players like Imam-ul-Haq, captain Babar Azam, and Shadab Khan played brilliantly throughout the series to help the team dominate the visitors.
Pakistan skipper, Babar Azam is batting on a different level in recent times. He, recently, became the first batter to score consecutive 50+ scores in nine straight innings. He even became the fastest batter to cross the 1000 run-mark as the captain (13 innings), breaking the record of Virat Kohli (17 innings).
Following the completion of the series, Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir came up with his choice of the best white ball batter for Pakistan on his Twitter account.
During the final and third ODI match, Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman notched up their 15th 50+ partnership in ODIs. The Pakistan Cricket Board took to its Twitter account to share this milestone. Here is the tweet:

In reply to that Tweet, A Pakistani fan took his account and wrote that Imam has been phenomenal in ODIs but his performance gets overshadowed by the emergence of Babar Azam. Here is the Tweet from his account:
Imam has been phenomenal in ODIs.
It’s just that he gets overshadowed by the brilliance of Babar Azam.
Always among the runs.
This could be Fakhar’s day as well.
He has been scratchy but has got well set now.
Won’t be surprised if Fakhar gets a big one today. https://t.co/HICYSooCVj— Nabeel Hashmi (@iNabeelHashmi) June 12, 2022
