Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Nitish Rana’s wife, Saachi Marwah recently shared about a horrific incident in Delhi on her social media, where two boys continuously stalked and followed her car and even hit her on her way back home. She described the whole incident on her Instagram story.

Marwah revealed that she asked the Delhi Police for help, but there was no help from their side. According to her she tried to lodge a complaint but the authorities told her that she should let go of the matter as she had reached home safely and next time, she should note the number of the vehicle.

“Just a casual day in Delhi, on my way back home from work! These guys randomly started hitting my car! Just no reason, stalked and chased and the police told me on the phone when I complained, ‘so now that you’ve reached home safe, let it go! Next time, number note kar lena’ (note the number next time), aye aye captain, next time, I’ll take their phone numbers also!” she wrote on her Instagram story.

Saachi Marwah married Nitish Rana in the year 2019 after they both dated for three years. She is a niece of the legendary Bollywood actor Govinda and the cousin sister of Krushna Abhishek, an Indian actor, and comedian.

She is a lavish interior designer since 2015. She graduated from Ansal University and has been trained under several high-profile interior designers before establishing her own career in the field. In 2016, she established a designing company with her friend Navneet Kaur under the name, Saachi and Navneet Design Studio.

Nitish Rana completes 2000 runs for KKR

Talking about the performance of Nitish Rana in IPL 2023, he has been leading Kolkata Knight Riders in the ongoing season in the absence of injured Shreyas Iyer. He has amassed 275 runs in 10 matches played so far and is one of the consistent performers for KKR in 2023.

Furthermore, he became the fourth player to score over 2000 runs for KKR in IPL. He has played 80 games for the two-time IPL champions where he has amassed 2019 runs and made his name in the list of highest run-getters alongside the likes of Andre Russell, Robin Uthappa and Gautam Gambhir.
