Premier League India posts hilarious collage of Cricketers imitating footballers’ celebrations

Footballers often become famous for their unique celebrations besides their on-field brilliance. Many of the celebrations have become synonymous with players like those of Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar Jr. to name a few. The Indian T20 League 2022 has already gifted the fans with some brilliant individual performances and some intense actions on the field.
Cricketers accomplishing outstanding feats on the ground are seen imitating the celebration style of their favorite footballers. The tournament has seen players like Mohammed Siraj, Umesh Yadav, and Wanindu Hasaranga imitating Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar Jr. respectively.
The Lucknow skipper KL Rahul was also seen celebrating in a style inspired by Manchester City’s Jack Grealish after scoring his second century of the tournament against Mumbai. With so many cricketers imitating their favorite footballers the official Twitter handle of Premier League posted a collage of cricketers along with the footballers they have copied.
The official page of Premier League India posted the picture and captioned it “In parallel universe”. The picture had KL Rahul with Grealish, Siraj with Ronaldo and Chahal in his trademark half-lying pose.

The Indian T20 League 2022 is just past its first leg and has already been witness to some thrilling matches and brilliant individual performances. Jos Buttler has been carrying Rajasthan batting on his lone shoulders with three hundred in the tournament. While Buttler has taken care of the batting of Rajasthan, Yuzi Chahal has been their prime weapon in the bowling department. He has picked up 17 wickets in the tournament and is currently the highest wicket-taker, he also has the sole hat-trick of the tournament to his name. KL Rahul has also been brilliant with the bat scoring two centuries and both came against the same team, Mumbai. We have also seen the Indian veteran MS Dhoni turning the clock back while pulling off a last-over heist for his team in the match against Mumbai.
