6. Dominic Drakes (Gujarat – 2022) : Dominic Drakes was bought by the Gujarat team ahead of the Indian T20 League 2022 for a price of INR 1.1 Cr. He is generally considered a great pinch hitter lower down the order and a handy medium-pace bowler.
He would have liked to play a few matches for the team in their title-winning effort. But Gujarat did not give him a chance as they had a great team combination working for them. Although he did not play a match he would not have mind lifting the trophy after the tournament.
