This player is one of the most consistent players in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League. Ajay Thakur has played for three different franchises Bangalore, Pune, and Tamilnadu. He also led the India team to gold at the 2017 Asian Kabaddi Championship. Such performance helped him to earn a new name “King of Kabaddi”.
He was also part of the national team which won the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup. Speaking of his personal achievements, Ajay won the Padma Shri and Arjuna Award in 2019. His experience and quality have been the major factor for making him a lethal inclusion in the Indian team over the years.
