On 2 August 2022, India came out victorious against West Indies in the third T20I by seven wickets. Suryakumar Yadav was the player of the match for his knock of 76 runs while chasing a target of 165 runs. However, after the match, Ishan Kishan asked a funny question to him regarding his wife’s presence in the stadium.
Suryakumar Yadav also came up with a funny reply. Notable, Ishan also shared that Surya already told the same in the dugout earlier. Hence, the video went viral and the Indian Cricket Board also shared the same video on its Twitter account.

Suryakumar Yadav opened up on a unique mystery behind his form
Speaking of the video, Suryakumar Yadav was telling about his experience while playing that match-winning knock for India. He said that he did nothing different this time also. He just went with his basics and enjoyed that thoroughly. Then, Ishan Kishan came up with that funny question.
He said that Suryakumar Yadav’s wife did not come to the stadium this time after that third T20I against England at Trent bridge. She came to the stadium in between all the matches. Eventually, Yadav scored a hundred in that England T20I and now, he score a match-winning 76-run knock. However, in between these two matches, he failed to manage any significant contribution for India. So Ishan asked Suryakumar needs to answer this mystery as he already told the same in the dugout earlier. He also urged Yadav not to change his answer this time around.
However, Suryakumar Yadav showed excellent sporting nature and said that he will not shift from his earlier statement. Yadav said that it is not always necessary to have your partner on the ground. What is important is she is always by my side anywhere and everywhere. He also shared his gratitude to his wife for being present in the same city during this tour.
