The ongoing first Test between India and Bangladesh might be lopsided but Mohammed Siraj and Litton Das made it interesting for a bit. After India amassed 404 all-out on the ongoing second day, the home team had a task to get a good start and give a massive reply to India’s total. Meanwhile, during the Bangladesh Tigers’ innings, Litton Das and Mohammed Siraj had a battle.
The incident happened in the 14th over the home team’s innings. Apparently, right before picking the wicket of Das, Siraj bowled a length delivery aiming at the stumps. In reply, the Bangladeshi batter defended the ball. Meanwhile, right after this, the right-arm walked upto Das and said something which was audible at all. After this, Litton suggested with his gesture that he couldn’t hear a word.
Right after this, the Hyderabad player managed to sneak through Das’ defense albeit with the ball staying low. After the wicket, Siraj and Virat Kohli sent Das off with the same gesture, the Bangladesh player made right before the dismissal. The video of the separate incident are doing rounds on the internet.

Meanwhile, talking about the game, the KL Rahul-led India is in a commanding position in the game. After starting Day Two on 278/6, the team managed to get 404 before being all-out. Shreyas Iyer (86) missed out on his century despite being dropped early in the day. On the other hand, the likes of Ravichandran Ashwin (58) and Kuldeep Yadav ensured the World Number Two Test side reaches such a big total.
In reply, the Shakib Al Hasan-led side doesn’t seem to have found any answer to India’s disciplined bowling. At stumps, they are tottering at 133/8, trailing by 271 runs. Kuldeep Yadav picked four wickets while Siraj picked three and Umesh Yadav one.
