Watch: Nicholas Pooran engages in fun banter with Arshdeep Singh ahead of PBKS vs LSG clash
Ahead of their team’s upcoming clash in IPL 2023, Lucknow Super Giants batter Nicholas Pooran got engaged in a hilarious conversation with Punjab Kings pacer Arshdeep Singh. Pooran asked Arshdeep to treat him with Dal Makhani, later, in the day. In reply, Arshdeep said that we would only give Pooran a treat if he doesn’t hit him for a six in the upcoming game.
In return, the Caribbean batter mentioned that he never hit sixes against Arshdeep and only look to take singles. He also heaped praise on the left-arm pacer for his toe-crushing yorkers and added that he wants to have Dal Makhani along with Paneer Butter Masala and Butter Chicken.
“Dal Makhani. Dal Makhani tonight. Arshdeep, can you carry Dal Makhani for us tonight?” said Pooran in a video posted by LSG on their Social Media.
“Yeah, as long as you promise me you won’t hit me for a six,” said Arshdeep responding to Pooran’s request.
“Of course bro, I only hit you for singles, you know that. Every time you bowl yorkers to me, So will you carry some Dal Makhani for us tonight?” he replied to Arshdeep’ condition.
The conversation between these two left all players present there in spits.
