WPL 2024: Schedule, Venues, Timings, and Everything you need to know
The second season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024) is only a few days away. In the first season last year, Mumbai Indians, just like their male counterparts, showed why they are one of the best teams. On the other hand, Delhi Capitals Women, like their male counterparts in 2020, lost to MI in the final in 2023. Five teams such as Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, UP Warriors, and Gujarat Giants (a subsidiary of ILT20 team Gulf Giants) will play in the tournament.
While last year, the tournament was played in Maharashtra’s venues, the tournament will be played in Bengaluru and Delhi. The first half will be played in Garden City (Bangalore) and the rest including the final will be played in the national capital.
