Young fan shares adorable note for MS Dhoni; skipper signs, franchise frames

MS Dhoni is regarded as one of the most successful captains, whether for India or Chennai team in the Indian T20 League. For the national team, he has won three World Championships as a skipper from 2007 to 2013. On the other hand, he has led the Yellow Brigade to four Indian T20 League titles. Also, not to forget, he has led Chennai to two Champions League titles in 2010 and 2014.
However, this isn’t the only reason he has so much of a fan following. The former India skipper’s cool and calm approach even in the nerve-wracking situations has also earned him a lot of fans. Currently, his team isn’t having a great time in the Indian T20 League 2022. The defending champions were eliminated from the playoffs race after losing to arch-rivals, Mumbai.
Meanwhile, a young fan of the Ranchi-born player has shared a heartwarming message for the latter. Some of the lines of the letter say “When it was dark, you made it bright, and when it was already bright, you made it brighter in a sea of billions.” The message was written on a torn piece of paper and was signed by the skipper of the four-time winners. Dhoni signed the paper and wrote “Well written. Best Wishes.” Interestingly enough, the note was framed by the franchise, and the images of it were uploaded on the Twitter handle of the team.

Further in the letter, the fans mentioned how the right-hander doesn’t express his emotions, which makes the youngster admire his idol the most. The youngster also said that he has become the devotee of the Chennai skipper after looking him beyond his on the field achievements. Talking about the team, they have been eliminated only for the second time before the playoffs since the inception of the league. They will play their last league game of the ongoing season on May 20 against Rajasthan.
