Five times international players preferred Indian T20 League over national duties

The former West Indies opening batter decided to stay back for Punjab at the time when the West Indies, Bangladesh, and Ireland were playing the tri-series. However, this is not the first time that he or any West Indies player missed national duties for ITL. The first time this happened was in 2011 when some of the players missed the home series against Pakistan.
