Watch: Ishan Kishan’s jump over a team-mate goes horribly wrong; fans laugh uncontrollably
Indian cricketers have a large fan following all around the world. Even the youngsters who’ve just burst onto the scene become overnight stars and have fans swooning over them as they tour overseas countries to play. These rising stars not only manage to entertain their fans through their skills on the field but also give memorable moments with their quirks off the field as well.
A similar incident took place during India’s ongoing tour of England as players were seen having a ‘fun time’ during a warm-up session before a match. In a video that has surfaced on Twitter, the young guns of Indian cricket are seen engaging in a ‘fun stunt’.
Wicketkeeper batter Ishan Kishan is seen attempting a jump over the wrist-spinner Ravi Bishnoi as the players around them wait for him to complete the move. Kishan is then seen running towards Bishnoi and attempting the stunt but the batter fails to control his body during the move and falls hilariously on the ground leaving the players around them in splits.
All the players are immediately seen rolling on the ground as they laughed their hearts out at Kishan’s failed attempt. The hysterical clip is going viral all over the internet as the fans are loving the ‘funny side’ of their favorite stars.

After losing the fifth Test at Edgbaston, India made a strong comeback on the tour as they thrashed England in the T20 series by 2-1. With the series win, India completed their fourth consecutive T20 series against England since 2017. India also started the ODI series in an emphatic manner as they steamrolled England by 10 wickets in the series opener on Tuesday. The two teams are locking horns again in the second ODI of the Three-match series.
Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and once again decided to bowl first. Indian bowlers came to the party once again and got wickets at regular intervals. England are currently 201/6 after 40 overs.
